Job summary

RealManage is seeking a property compliance specialist to support HOA and ACC processes across service areas. The role focuses on facilitating daily tasks, responding promptly to inquiries, and ensuring adherence to community guidelines while maintaining excellent resident relations.

You will drive to various properties, document code violations, and prepare reports for the General Manager. Strong communication, organization, and independent work style are essential for success at RealManage.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record.
• Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
• Ability to utilize technology and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Capable of working independently and completing assignments within given instructions.

Responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day tasks and communications in a fast-paced environment.
• Respond to calls/emails within 24 hours.
• Drive the property area, documenting property code violations as per neighborhood rules.
• Issue violation letters using technology in a timely manner.
• Compile reports of violations for the General Manager.
• Liaise between homeowners and the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for applications.
• Prepare for and attend evening ACC and Compliance meetings; attend board meetings when needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure high service levels and timely resolution of concerns.
• Attend monthly meetings and required training; uphold professional and ethical standards.
