Job summary

Associa is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support HOA communities with inspections, documentation, and enforcement of governing documents. You will coordinate with Community Managers to maintain standards and resident relations, delivering timely reports and correspondence to boards.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year in customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel to assigned communities is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections of HOA communities to identify violations and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor appearance and adherence to governing documents, CC&Rs, and policies.
• Prepare inspection reports with photos and correspondence for homeowners and boards.
• Track and manage compliance cases from start to resolution with timely follow-up.
• Maintain compliance tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation.
• Review architectural modifications for adherence to community standards.
• Identify common maintenance issues and provide recommendations to preserve property values.
• Monitor deadlines and enforce association rules consistently.
• Collaborate with Community Managers to facilitate effective resident communication.
• Provide administrative support to Community Managers as needed.
