Growing Association Management Company in our Greenville location seeks a Community Manager who thrives on talking with people and proactively solving issues. You will liaise daily with HOA Boards to manage a portfolio of communities, coordinate vendors, and ensure smooth operations.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with prior HOA or client-facing experience preferred. Evening meetings may be required, and a background check plus reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Able to read financial statements and assist with budgets.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of common area amenities.
• Assist with rule enforcement and community guidelines.
