Job summary

Growing Association Management Company in Charleston, SC is seeking a Community Manager to join our fast-paced team. You will serve as the Board’s day-to-day liaison between community members, vendors, and contractors.

The ideal candidate enjoys talking to people, proactively solving issues, and has 1–2 years in HOA management or strong customer service experience. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/credit checks are required; in-house training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational abilities
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook
• 1–2 years in HOA Management preferred, however extensive customer service experience with clients may be considered
• Able to read financial statements and prepare budgets
• Able to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
• Must pass a background and credit check and have reliable transportation
• Full in-house training to be provided
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Regular inspections of common area amenities
• Assisting with rule enforcement
• Coordinating community vendors
• Organizing and running the Board meetings, Annual community meetings, and Board elections
• Occasional evening meetings required, both in-person and virtual
