Prime Talent Solutions LLC is seeking a friendly HOA Community Concierge to greet residents, guests, and vendors, and to provide courteous customer service at the front desk.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and reliable attendance. Shifts include mornings, swing, and overnight periods, with weekends and holidays as needed; immediate start is required. Prior concierge or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and professional, courteous demeanor.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• No tattoos visible while on duty, tattoos must be covered.
• No facial piercings while on duty.
• Previous concierge/front desk/hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome residents, guests, and vendors professionally.
• Answer calls and assist with resident inquiries and requests.
• Follow community visitor check-in and access procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs and communicate updates between shifts.
• Keep the front desk clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Report concerns and maintenance issues to the appropriate team.
