KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a Resident Services Concierge for a luxury community. You will extend the management office, ensure five-star guest service, and supervise front desk operations with a focus on privacy and professional conduct.
Responsibilities include greeting residents, assisting with travel and event arrangements, coordinating special projects, and building local merchant relationships to enhance the resident lifestyle in a high-end setting.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but it does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
This job operates in a luxury, high-end community that may be a high-rise building or home owner association. This position will often be assisting guests in outside weather conditions throughout the day.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
This position is full time and regularly requires early morning, late night and weekend shifts.
Travel is primarily local during the business day.
Employee reports to the Association Manager of the community.
