Job summary

Associated Asset Management (AAM), LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a resort-style Denver, NC community. You will support the Community Manager, provide exceptional homeowner service, and apply an in-depth knowledge of CC&Rs and contracts.

Key duties include administrative support, coordinating with the management team, engaging with board members, monitoring compliance, and maintaining accurate records and communication with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Provides professional customer service to onsite homeowners and boards.
• Performs administrative tasks to support Community Manager.
• Maintains records, calendars and website with accuracy.
• Communicates effectively with homeowners, staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support and other tasks as directed to Community Manager.
• Partners with Management Team to ensure compliance with state and federal association laws.
• Develops relationships with community board members and committees.
• Assists with inspections of common areas per management contract.
• Communicates with homeowners regarding CC&Rs compliance.
• Oversees preparation of compliance notices and related issues.
• Conducts property tours/inspections to ensure HOA compliance.
• Maintains records, calendars and website.
• Takes meeting minutes for Open and Exec Board meetings.
