Job summary

CommunityCare is seeking a dedicated trainer for our Claims team to educate non-exempt personnel on procedures, policies, and operations. You will create content, deliver sessions, and measure progress while supporting current staff with new processes.

You will design workflows, manage training documentation, maintain content databases, and mentor new hires, ensuring high performance across the department.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Mentor and lead teams effectively.
• Health Care Sanctions background check required.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Strong technical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in a positive and supportive manner for newly hired employees while producing newly trained employees capable of succeeding in their new role.
• Develop training workflows, strategies and other training documentation.
• Maintain a training database of all training content and ensure it stays current.
• Assist new hires post-training through side-by-side observation or additional classroom support.
• Assist in a production capacity as needed.
• Conduct employee surveys on training experience and adapt as necessary based on feedback.
• Monitor employee performance and response to training.
• Assist in developing workflows and other training documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
