Job summary

CommunityCare, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist for the Claims department to design, deliver, and maintain training content for non-exempt staff. You will oversee content development, coordinate specialists, and measure progress of new hires.

You will also support current employees with ongoing training needs, contribute to process improvements, and help ensure training aligns with policies and procedures. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
• 2 years’ trainer or related experience; claims knowledge a plus.
• Experience with content development and training platforms.
• Certification from talent/training associations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and develop training content for learners.
• Create training workflows and documentation.
• Maintain training content database and keep it current.
• Assist new hires post-training with coaching and support.
• Assist in production tasks as needed.
• Conduct post-training surveys and adapt based on feedback.
• Monitor training impact on employee performance.
• Develop additional workflows and training materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
