Job summary

Personify Health is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to design and deliver examiner training, own certification logistics, and convert audit findings into targeted coaching. You will build training capability in team leads and measure impact against production outcomes, ensuring readiness for new initiatives and system migrations.

The role requires developing clear procedure documents, translating policy changes into actionable guidance, and maintaining a live library of workflow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health insurance claims.
• 5+ years processing, auditing, or configuring health insurance claims across medical, dental, and vision.
• 3+ years building or delivering training curriculum or technical/procedural documentation, ideally at a health plan or managed care organization.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or ASO/self-funded claims.
• Claims examiner certification background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver examiner training: instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced sessions.
• Own classroom logistics and certification: scheduling, tracking, and certification.
• Convert audit findings into fast coaching with Quality Audit.
• Build training capability in team leads; train the trainers.
• Measure training against production results and adjust curriculum.
• Stand up training for new initiatives, system rollouts, migrations.
• Author claims procedures and job aids; maintain workflow guides.
• Translate policy changes into same-day, plain-language guidance.
• Maintain a current procedure library with updates.
• Validate content against live system configuration.
• Coordinate go-live readiness with IT and vendors.
• Support audits with organized, audit-ready documentation.
• Surface gaps between leadership and frontline.
