Job summary

Providence has a role focused on developing and delivering claims training programs to advance the quality and productivity of the Claims Department. Under the supervision of the Claims Director, you will coordinate, plan, schedule, deliver, and evaluate staff education, manuals, and materials, and assist with onboarding of new employees.

The position emphasizes multimedia training resources, MS Office proficiency, and the design and facilitation of educational programs within a large healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5 years of in-depth knowledge in claims operations or managed care processes.
• Proficiency in multimedia training resources and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience in design, development and facilitation of educational programs; computer-based learning a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver claims training programs to improve department performance.
