Job summary

CommunityCare HMO Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist for the Claims department to deliver and develop comprehensive training content for new hires and existing staff. The role includes measuring progress, supporting through classroom and side-by-side coaching, and adapting programs based on feedback.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, instructional design skills, and the ability to mentor teammates while managing multiple training projects in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Two years' prior trainer experience; experience in healthcare claims training is a plus.
• Certification from talent and training associations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company positively for new hires and ensure they become productive in their roles.
• Develop training workflows, strategies and training documentation.
• Maintain a training content database and keep it current.
• Assist new hires post-training through side-by-side observation or classroom support.
• Provide additional production support as needed.
• Conduct employee surveys on training experience and adapt based on feedback.
• Monitor trainee performance and response to training.
• Develop workflows and other training documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
