Job summary

FrontLine Service is seeking a data entry specialist to support daily HMIS responsibilities, ensuring timely and accurate entry of client data into Evolv and Service Point. This on-site position requires a high school diploma and at least three years of data entry experience.

The role is non-exempt and unionized, with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Candidates will scan and attach paper documents and maintain client records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of data entry experience.
• Experience with Evolv and Service Point databases.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for client services and records management.
• Enter data for new and existing clients including entry/exit, referrals, re-certification, transfers and service outcomes.
• Scan, upload, and attach paper documents to client records in Evolv.

Enters and maintains service information in Service Point by reviewing and entering data for new and existing clients including entry/exit, referrals, re-certification, transfer of services and service outcomes. Scans, uploads, and attaches all paper documents to the client record in Evolv.This is a non-exempt, union position with a minimum starting wage of $17.00 per hour. The hours of work for are Monday Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of data entry experience.
