Mercy House in Phoenix seeks a Data & Reservation Specialist to perform HMIS data entry, collect data, and generate reports, collaborating with program staff to record services, clients served, and outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, data experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Part-time, non-exempt; schedule Monday 8:00am–12:00pm, Tuesday–Friday 2:00pm–6:00pm; pay $22.00/hour. Fluency in Spanish is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with HMIS data entry and reporting.
• Strong analytical and data processing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Spanish language skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Enter intake/enrollment data into HMIS daily.
• Review HMIS intake forms for data accuracy.
• Scan and upload documents to HMIS daily.
• Enter Bed Nights, Case Notes, and services into HMIS.
• Generate reports and monitor KPIs.
• Attend meetings and trainings; perform ad hoc projects.
