Mercy House in Phoenix seeks a Data & Reservation Specialist to perform HMIS data entry, collect data, and generate reports, collaborating with program staff to record services, clients served, and outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, data experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Part-time, non-exempt; schedule Monday 8:00am–12:00pm, Tuesday–Friday 2:00pm–6:00pm; pay $22.00/hour. Fluency in Spanish is valued.

Responsibilities

Mission Statement: \"To be a leader in ending homelessness by providing a unique system of dignified housing opportunities, programs, and supportive services.\"Job Description: The Data & Reservation Specialist is the point person for all data entry into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) for a designated Mercy House program. This position is responsible for data collection and data entry into HMIS, generates reports from HMIS and other platforms.
