Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Fleet Introduction/Planned Maintenance Representative (PMR) for San Diego, CA to support Amphibious Warship post-delivery, modernization, maintenance, and fleet introduction efforts.

You will liaison between Program Office, Ship's Force, and engineering stakeholders to ensure HM&E systems are maintained, modernized, tested, and transitioned to Fleet operations. Required: active DoD Secret clearance, US Citizenship, and 10+ years Navy surface ship experience with LHA/LPD

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
US Citizenship is required.
Experience with LHA/LPD class HM&E systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical oversight and coordination of HM&E modernization, maintenance, and testing onboard LHA/LPD ships.
Review ECRs, AIT packages, work specs, TFPs, and maintenance planning docs.
Coordinate with Program Office, Ship's Force, RMCs, Planning Yards, SUPSHIP, and industry partners to execute maintenance.
Develop and execute IMS, POA&M, and Readiness Matrices.
Monitor HM&E installation progress, risks, material issues, and testing status.
Conduct ship checks to validate installation requirements and layouts.
