Job summary

THOR Solutions in San Diego, CA seeks an experienced Program Manager (Navy) to lead the SWRMC HM&E FTA contract. You will direct planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance across a waterfront team delivering Navy/DoD support to keep ship systems reliable and mission-ready.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience in Navy/DoD, PMP, and active security clearance. Onsite, with travel up to 10%, you will report to the KO/COR and coordinate with prime and subcontractor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
• At least ten years of professional experience in program/project management in Navy/DoD.
• PM certification (PMP) required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership, defining structure and plans across all task areas.
• Establish and control milestones, schedules, budgets and costs.
• Supervise contractor and subcontractor personnel and mentor staff.
• Maintain timekeeping and work-assignment records.
• Serve as primary Government liaison with COR and KO.
• Manage Government interface and reporting, including metrics.
