Job summary

Serco Inc. in the United States seeks a HM&E Fleet Introduction/PMR to support post-delivery, modernization, maintenance, and fleet introduction efforts for LHA/LPD class ships. You will coordinate with Program Office personnel, Ship's Force, RMCs, SUPSHIP, and industry partners to ensure HM&E systems are properly maintained and transitioned to Fleet operations.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance
• U.S. citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Extensive Navy HM&E experience preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in shipyards

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of HM&E modernization, maintenance, and testing on LHA/LPD ships
• Review ECRs, AITs, work specs, and maintenance planning docs
• Coordinate with NAVSEA/SHIPs Force/RMCs/Planning Yards and industry partners
• Support IMS/POA&M/Readiness Matrix development and execution
• Travel to shipyards for inspections and readiness activities
