Serco Inc. is seeking an HM&E Fleet Introduction/Planned Maintenance Representative (PMR) in San Diego, CA to provide technical, planning, and execution support for amphibious warship post-delivery and fleet introduction efforts.

You will coordinate with Program Office personnel, Ship's Force, RMCs, Planning Yards, SUPSHIP, and industry partners to ensure HM&E systems are properly maintained, modernized, tested, and transitioned to Fleet operations.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with LHA/LPD HM&E systems and Navy maintenance/modernization processes.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for ship checks and maintenance activities.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical oversight and coordination of HM&E modernization, maintenance, repair, and testing on LHA/LPD ships.
• Review and assess ECRs, AIT packages, work specifications, and maintenance planning docs.
• Coordinate with NAVSEA, RMCs, SUPSHIP, planning yards, shipbuilders, and fleet activities.
• Support development and execution of IMS, POA&M, and Readiness Matrices.
• Track installation progress, risks, material issues, and testing status.
• Conduct ship checks to validate installation requirements and routing.
