Job summary

Serco is seeking a mid-level Post-Delivery (PD) Analyst to lead HM&E and C5ISR SME teams evaluating and managing delivery of new amphibious ships and sustaining existing fleet assets. This role requires a DoD Secret clearance, U.S.

citizenship, and substantial Navy/Coast Guard ship experience. You will coordinate with government and industry partners, manage PD schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with TS9090-310 alteration standards across programs.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant Navy/Coast Guard ship construction/maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the post-delivery (PD) support team and assist the Government PD PAPM.
• Manage projects and related task orders with high technical requirements.
• Ensure successful execution of shipboard Alterations and Ship Changes by AITs.
• Plan, schedule, and manage alterations during PD periods (IPDA, PDA, FOA, PSA, WOO).
• Coordinate PD events (CSLO, SOVT) and interface with NAVSEA/NAVAIR OSICs.
