Serco Inc. seeks a HM&E Fleet Introduction/PMR in San Diego, CA to drive technical planning and execution for amphibious warship post‑delivery, modernization, and fleet introduction.

You will coordinate with Program Office, Ship's Force, RMCs, and planning yards to ensure HM&E systems are maintained and transitioned to operations. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 10+ years in Navy surface ship support, with travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• 10+ years supporting U.S. Navy surface ship maintenance, modernization, or fleet introduction.
• Experience with LHA/LPD HM&E systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical oversight of HM&E modernization, maintenance, and testing on LHA/LPD ships.
• Review ECRs, AITs, Work Specs, and maintenance planning docs.
• Coordinate with NAVSEA, RMCs, SUPSHIP, and fleet stakeholders to execute activities.
