Job summary

Serco Inc. in Chantilly, VA is seeking a mid-level Post-Delivery (PD) Analyst to lead HM&E and C5ISR SME teams, overseeing the delivery of ship alterations and post-delivery activities for new amphibious and auxiliary ships, while sustaining fleet assets.

You will plan, schedule, and manage PD periods, coordinate with government and shipyards, and guide budgets, data analysis, and performance metrics to ensure timely, cost-effective support for the Navy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of relevant experience, including two years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PD support team and assist the Government PD Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM).
• Manage projects and task orders with high technical requirements.
• Ensure successful execution of shipboard Alterations and Ship Changes.
• Plan, schedule, and manage alterations during post-delivery periods (PD).
• Coordinate with Navy/OSICs, shipyards, and planners for system installation and testing.
