Job summary

Serco in Annapolis, MD seeks a mid-level Post-Delivery (PD) Analyst to lead our HM&E and C5ISR SME team evaluating and managing the delivery of new amphibious ships and fleet sustainment. You will coordinate with government and industry partners to ensure on-time, within-cost ship alterations and post-delivery availability.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, a DoD Secret clearance, and a bachelor’s degree with relevant Navy or Coast Guard experience; you will supervise multiple teams across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant Navy/Coast Guard experience required.
• DoD Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience leading multiple teams across programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Post-Delivery support team and coordinate with Government PD PAPM.
• Manage projects and task orders with high technical complexity.
• Ensure alterations and ship changes comply with TS9090-310 and MOAs.
• Plan and schedule PD events, IPDA, PDA, FOA, PSA, and CSLO/SOVT.
• Oversee budgets and cost management; pursue follow-on work.
