Job summary

ViiV Healthcare is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager on the long-acting HIV Prevention Sales team. You will drive results by selling to HCPs, servicing accounts, and aligning with ViiV’s mission of ensuring no person with HIV is left behind.

This fast‑paced, launch‑oriented role requires 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales, 3+ years in specialty sales, willingness to travel domestically, and the ability to build strategic plans with measurable objectives across accounts.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of specialty sales experience.
• Ability to travel domestically, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new HIV treatment approach.
• Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical and financial challenges and opportunities within target accounts.
• Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
• Prepare and execute business plans tailored to the unique needs of each customer to scale their treatment model.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver an integrated product experience to customers.
• Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive, integrated customer experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing HCP problems, needs and requests.
• Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and scalable strategies.
• Develop external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders.
