Job summary

Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) is seeking an ISU Data Manager to cleanse, analyze, and disseminate high-quality data for Philadelphia’s EHE, RW care, and HIV prevention services. You will work within the Evaluation Team of the PHMC Information Services Unit to ensure data accuracy across multiple sources.

The role requires reporting to the ISU and collaboration with DHH, subrecipients, and program teams to improve data systems and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in evaluation or data management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, secure collection of data from subrecipients.
• Extract and quality-check HIV prevention data from EvaluationWeb.
• Analyze data and report on EHE, RW, and HIV prevention outcomes.
• Match HIV testing data with Surveillance and Partner Services data.
• Develop data quality checks and standardized procedures.
• Provide ad hoc reports and support program planning.
