Job summary

The NYC Health Department’s Bureau of Hepatitis, HIV, and Sexually Transmitted Infections seeks a Program Quality Manager to lead quality improvement, contracting, data analysis, and staff supervision. The role focuses on improving viral hepatitis, HIV, and STI care linkage, using data to guide program decisions.

The position requires a Master’s in public health, strong knowledge of Salesforce, REDCap, SAS, Tableau, and Excel, and experience coordinating diverse partners to achieve health

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, REDCap, SAS, Tableau and Excel.
• Experience collecting, managing and reporting data for health programs.
• Experience in project management and coordinating diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contracts and budgets, ensuring accurate invoicing per policy.
• Plan and coordinate linkage-to-care initiatives with contractors using Salesforce, MS Teams and Planner.
• Analyze program data and perform quality assurance with REDCap, SAS, Tableau and MS Forms.
• Supervise staff and contribute to capacity building and equity initiatives.
• Develop, implement and evaluate quality improvement projects for care linkage.
