PHMC’s Philadelphia Division seeks an DDM I Officer to lead data modernization, safeguard data integrity, and drive analytics across public health programs. You will guide governance, improve data flow, and coordinate with epidemiology, IT, and legal teams to meet modernization objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands‑on experience with SQL/SAS/R, HL7 standards, and data visualization tools, with a commitment to public health impact.

Formación

• Master’s degree in public health, epidemiology, or health informatics.
• 5+ years of management experience leading large teams.
• 6+ years in public health data systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead DDC’s data modernization strategy and system improvements.
• Oversee data governance, reporting, and analytics for division initiatives.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to advance data modernization priorities.
• Provide quarterly metrics and strategic data insights to leadership.
