• Bachelor’s degree with managerial experience or seven years in related work with three years in supervision.
• Equivalent combination of knowledge, education, and experience may be substituted year-over-year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily flow of HIV data submissions from districts and sites to ensure timely processing.
• Monitor data quality dashboards and coordinate corrections with staff.
• Assist with routine data quality checks and prepare summary reports.
• Generate tables, charts, and metrics for routine reporting.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and presentation materials.
