Job summary

Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) seeks an HIV Testing Coordinator in Philadelphia to expand access to HIV testing through multi-channel programs and vending machines. You will train partners, support data reporting, and coordinate linkage to care with city programs.

Responsibilities include technical assistance to sub-recipients, promoting routine and rapid linkage to care, and collaboration with PDPH and PKOL partners to advance HIV prevention efforts. In-office role with travel.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in a public health program.
• Experience in healthcare settings and knowledge of the Philadelphia healthcare system.
• Bachelor's degree in public health or related field; Master's may count toward experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide HIV testing and syndemic testing technical assistance to sub-recipients in Philadelphia.
• Promote routine HIV testing in healthcare settings.
• Promote status-neutral testing and linkage to care in community settings.
• Promote HIV testing in pharmacies.
• Promote rapid linkage to HIV treatment and PrEP.
• Coordinate Public Health Vending Machine program and stakeholders.
• Coordinate multi-channel HIV Self-testing program (phillyKeepOnLoving).
• Coordinate HIV testing response with real-time data and partners.
• Serve as key contact between DHH and STD Control / PKOL.
• Coordinate data reporting with ISU, PDPH Surveillance Unit, and partners.
• Advance PS24-0047 HIV testing activities across DHH units.
