Job summary

You will collaborate with your Leadership Team and Instructional Coach, receiving coaching and feedback to grow as an educator and leader, while contributing to an anti-racist, culturally responsive school

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from a regionally accredited institution.
• Eligible for General Education Limited Assignment Permit, Provisional Internship Permit, or Short Term Staff Permit; CPR certification is a prerequisite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily and long-term lesson plans aligned with KIPP’s academic vision.
• Analyze student data regularly to inform instruction and support student growth.
