Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. in Worcester/Auburn is seeking a Hiring Assistant to keep the hiring process organized and moving forward. This onsite, full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with pay of $21-$23 per hour.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, comfortable on the phone, and enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will support screening, interviews, onboarding, and candidate communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, healthcare, homecare, or admin is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
• Comfortable on the phone and following up with applicants.

Responsibilities

• Review applicants in our ATS and follow up as needed.
• Contact applicants by phone with consistent follow-up.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and requirements.
• Keep applicant records, notes, reminders up to date.
• Assist with job postings and recruiting outreach.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and coordinate with teams.
