Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Leadership Development Programs Advisor to design, develop, and manage core leadership development programs for high-potential talent across the company. You will curate tailored learning experiences and support mentorship and HiPo programs, collaborating with HRBP, leaders, and Talent Management to identify participants.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years designing and evaluating leadership development programs.
• Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional collaborations.
• Proven ability to facilitate leadership programs with multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, facilitate, and continuously improve leadership development programs, workshops, assessments, and learning experiences that build leadership capabilities across multiple levels of the organization.
• Lead the planning, implementation, administration, and evaluation of leadership development initiatives, ensuring quality execution, stakeholder alignment, budget adherence, and achievement of program objectives.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and Talent Management teams to assess development needs, recommend solutions, and support the identification and selection of program participants.
• Establish and monitor program metrics, analyze participant and business feedback, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend enhancements to improve outcomes and participant experience.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, coaches, facilitators, and learning partners; oversee program logistics, assessments, resources, and supporting tools.
• Support design, delivery and execution of other HiPo leadership development programs managed within the TM organization.
• A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
