Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead enterprise talent planning, performance management, and HiPo development. You will collaborate with OU leaders, HR COEs, and executives to drive talent reviews, calibrations, and development plans.

The role emphasizes analytics, policy development, and responsible data handling in a hybrid California setting. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in talent management, expertise with SuccessFactors, Power BI, and experience

Qualifications

Ten or more years of experience in talent management including capability assessment and succession planning.
Experience planning talent reviews, PDPs, and improving performance development processes.
Experience with SuccessFactors Talent Management modules (succession, performance, development, goals).

Responsibilities

Collaborates with senior leadership to address skill shortages and talent gaps across the organization.
Leads talent review discussions, calibrations, and development plans for high-potential employees.
Develops policies and guidelines to ensure consistency in talent management practices.
Partners with HR COEs and executives to align talent initiatives with business goals.
Oversees talent planning, performance management processes, and related metrics.
