Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead talent planning, performance management, and development for leaders across the enterprise. You will collaborate with OU leadership, HR COEs, and executives to drive talent reviews, calibrations, and development plans while managing systems, metrics, and tools.

You will influence global talent strategies, oversee HiPo development, and ensure data-driven decisions using platforms like Power BI and SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent management.
• Experience with capability assessment and talent development.
• Experience with workforce planning and succession pool development.
• Experience planning talent reviews and using SuccessFactors modules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HRBPs and senior leadership to assess skill shortages and talent risks.
• Identify critical talent gaps and develop proactive plans to attract and retain HiPo employees.
• Develop and communicate talent management policies for consistency across the organization.
• Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across units.
• Partner with HR COEs to identify resources supporting HiPo development.
• Consult with senior management to tailor People Development activities.
• Influence global talent strategies using market insights and performance indicators.
• Lead annual global talent planning and performance management processes.
• Conduct talent reviews, PDP, and calibration sessions with senior leaders.
