Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to shape the HR Enterprise Learning & Development strategy, overseeing design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs company-wide.

The role collaborates with client training leads, guides instructional designers, and ensures alignment with corporate and regulatory standards while delivering measurable improvements in performance and knowledge transfer. This is a hybrid position based in California.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in curriculum and instructional design and implementation and management of training programs and learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Consults and coaches team leads on talent development, team engagement, retention, and team leadership.
• Delivers internal training sessions and prepares training materials.
• Creates learning resources such as presentation decks and knowledge resources.
• Manages day-to-day delivery of learning and development activities within an area of expertise; builds relationships with stakeholders.
• Analyzes learning and development activity to inform new solutions.
• Implements learning initiatives and measures impact using defined metrics and reporting methods.
• Protects sensitive data and adheres to security and privacy standards across all duties.
