Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Leadership Development Programs Advisor to manage core leadership development programs for high-potential talent. You will design, develop, and deliver tailored learning experiences, support mentorship initiatives, and coordinate with internal and external partners to identify candidates.

The role focuses on shaping the next generation of leaders and is aligned with SCE’s mission to power a cleaner energy future.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in leadership development, talent development, learning, or related programs.
• Experience managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
• Experience facilitating leadership development programs and working with leaders at multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, facilitate, and improve leadership development programs and learning experiences across levels.
• Lead planning, implementation, administration, and evaluation of initiatives with budget and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and Talent Management to assess needs and select participants.
• Establish and monitor program metrics, analyze feedback, and recommend enhancements.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, coaches, facilitators, and learning partners.
• Support design and execution of other HiPo leadership development programs within the TM organization.
• Protect assets and handle private data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
