Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Senior Advisor to guide enterprise‑level change initiatives. You’ll partner with leaders to design effective organizations, optimize operating models, and enable adoption of human‑centered change across the company.

You’ll assess needs, build governance, and advise senior management on organizational development strategies while ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive data, assets, and systems.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience with organizational-development strategies, assessments, effectiveness, employee engagement, and change-management.
• Experience as a Prosci Change Practitioner or instructor is preferred.
• Experience navigating utilities, energy, or comparable infrastructure with enterprise scale and regulatory complexity preferred.
• Experience operating within a Center of Excellence (COE) or enterprise model, including governance and standards.
• Experience designing organizational structures, operating models, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates programs and projects to positively affect organizational culture and enhance development offerings.
• Supports talent reviews and succession planning across the enterprise.
• Identifies organizational needs by building relationships with leaders and co-creating solutions.
• Reviews performance metrics to measure workforce performance and identify improvement areas.
• Advises senior management on organizational development strategies.
• Ensures protection of assets and data security as part of all roles.
