Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking an Executive Enablement and Workforce Development Senior Advisor to partner with senior leadership on enterprise learning priorities and cross-organizational workforce initiatives.

You will translate complex workforce and organizational priorities into actionable executive materials, synthesize data into strategic narratives, and maintain visibility across high-priority commitments and risks. This role supports carbon-reduction goals and cleaner air.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience leading and implementing technical training initiatives.
• Experience in leading cross-organizational training programs for improving employee performance or compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Directs the continuous development of the enterprise's skilling, upskilling and reskilling processes aligning with mid to long term business plans.
• Designs and delivers complex technical training materials and content for target audiences.
• Collaborates with stakeholders on training design, development and delivery issues.
• Improves program effectiveness by analyzing data and providing insights to leadership.
• Acts as SME on strategic direction for learning assessments and best practices.
• Analyzes internal data, external research to make informed recommendations.
• Develops training dashboards and maintains interactive applications for tracking purposes.
• Leads development of best practices and standards frameworks for technical trainers.
• Protecting sensitive data and assets is a standard duty across roles.
