Marshall Health Network, Inc. seeks an HIM Technical Analyst to manage and optimize EHR systems and related health information technologies. You will ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance while supporting end-users and collaborating with IT and vendors.

The role involves implementing health IT solutions, documenting procedures, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives across clinical and administrative teams.

Formación

• Degree in Health Information Management or Information Systems or related field required; or RHIT certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree + 1 year work experience preferred.
• Three years education plus three years work experience or other combinations listed.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, configure, and maintain EHR systems and related health information technologies.
• Oversee health information databases ensuring data integrity and HIPAA compliance.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Provide technical end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on system upgrades and enhancements.
• Ensure HIM practices comply with HIPAA and privacy laws.
• Document configurations, user manuals, and procedures; generate HIM reports.
• Lead or participate in projects implementing new health IT solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on system features and updates.
