Clarity Child Guidance Center in San Antonio, TX, is hiring a Data Analyst for the Health Information and Technology department. You will develop and maintain data reports for the EHR, ensure data accuracy, and support data-driven decisions across the organization.

The role requires strong SQL and data documentation skills, with responsibilities including on-call end-user support and collaboration with IT for system configurations and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Develops, generates, maintains and validates data reports for the electronic health record (EHR).
• Analyze, reconcile and validate data and report output to ensure data integrity, accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for SQL queries, databases, reports, data definitions, system processes, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures to support continuity and knowledge transfer.
• Assigned report projects and assist with help desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the Director of Health Information Management on organizational data, database, reporting, and informatics priorities.
• Collaborates with the Information Technology team to support EHR application configuration, system updates, database connectivity (including ODBC), and troubleshooting of technical, interface, and data-related issues .
• Perform on-call duty for end user support, as assigned
