Marshall Health Network seeks an IS Manager of Clinical Systems to lead planning, implementation, and optimization of clinical applications across ambulatory practices. You will supervise clinical analysts, align technology with care delivery goals, and ensure data integrity and security.

You will partner with medical directors, nursing leadership, and operational managers to improve workflows, patient safety, and system performance while ensuring HIPAA compliance and enterprise governance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Hands-on healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Experience with clinical workflows across multiple care areas.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, privacy, and security standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical applications and analysts; plan, configure, test, implement, and optimize systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Analysts and support staff.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to align technology with care delivery goals.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, governance, and integration strategies.
• Manage budgets, change governance, and performance reporting for assigned systems.
