Job summary

Marshall Health Network seeks an IS Manager of Clinical Systems to oversee clinical applications, including EHR modules, and lead a team of analysts and support staff. You will align technology with care delivery goals, manage change, and ensure regulatory compliance in ambulatory settings.

Responsibilities include planning, implementation, training, budgeting participation, and continuous improvement to enhance patient safety and workflow efficiency across outpatient practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of healthcare IT experience with emphasis on clinical systems.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems (Oracle Health/Cerner strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of clinical care workflows across multiple care areas and specialties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned clinical applications and application analysts, including specialty EHR modules.
• Lead planning, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization of systems and projects.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Clinical Analysts and support staff.
• Partner with outpatient medical directors, nursing leadership, and operational managers to align technology solutions with care delivery goals.
• Ensure HIPAA, privacy, and security standards across supported systems.
