Qualifications

• Experience in Health Information Management, medical records, or a related healthcare administrative role preferred.
• Knowledge of medical record processes such as record analysis, deficiency tracking, scanning, and indexing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health record integrity through record analysis, deficiency monitoring, and registry maintenance.
• Support the completion of the Legal Medical Record for the health ministry.
• Perform medical record retrieval, preparation, scanning, indexing, and quality review of paper documents as assigned.
• Work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, productivity, and compliance are essential.
• Contribute to continuity of care and organizational compliance through effective health information management.
