• Audit admissions documents for completeness and accuracy; process physician signatures and dates in the EMR system.
• Ensure timely finalization of records within 30 days of discharge or death; supervise volunteers in the HIM office.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant privacy and security standards; assist with information requests and audits as needed.
