Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of Health Information Management experience in an acute care or healthcare setting.
• Experience with EMR systems and HIM applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity, accuracy, and availability of patient health records across the medical record lifecycle.
• Perform advanced HIM tasks including document imaging and complex chart analysis to ensure Master Patient Index accuracy.
• Manage record completion processes, reconcile rejected orders, and support ROI requests while meeting productivity and quality standards.
