Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) is seeking a Senior Consultant - Epic HIM Analyst to deliver expert, platform-specific services and drive successful client outcomes. You will leverage technical, management, and leadership skills to support Epic HIM implementations and optimization projects for healthcare organizations.

The role requires Epic experience and certifications, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with teams across client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years’ relevant industry-specific work experience required.
• 5+ years’ professional experience strongly preferred.
• Previous consulting experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of Epic experience.
• At least 1 current Epic certification (Resolute PB, Resolute HB, PB Claims, HB Claims, HIM, Tapestry, etc.)
• Experience implementing Epic is required; Connect or optimization project experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional services for Nordic and its affiliates in alignment with client expectations and contracted role.
• Evaluate current-system processes and procedures; recommend and develop workflow and configurations based on experience and best practice.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds; identify, test, and troubleshoot software systems.
• Provide project management and leadership services.
• Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to client and Nordic teammates.
• Work directly with project teams, end-users, and leadership as needed.
• Lead and attend meetings regarding project status and ongoing work-product coordination.
• Document progress, issues, escalations, and required information clearly per policy.
• May be required to perform additional duties dictated by client.
