Responsibilities

• Scan, index and perform quality review of medical records.
• Coordinate chart prep and proper ordering for scanning and archiving.
• Reconcile, box and transport records to archive vendor.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards.
