Job summary

You will prep, scan, index, and perform quality audits of paper records in OnBase and Epic, ensuring accurate demographics and timely completion of legal health records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic EHR and OnBase document management.
• Skilled in scanning, indexing and quality audits of medical records.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient data.

Responsibilities

• Capture paper records into OnBase and verify electronic images.
• Monitor scanning quality and queues for unassigned images.
• Process Release of Information requests and MyChart-related tasks in Epic.
• Validate demographic data and patient record integrity.
• Ensure timely completion of legal health records per regulatory requirements.
• Support reconciliation of paper records with hospital census.
