Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Massachusetts is seeking a Forklift Operator to move freight, stock inventory, and support warehouse operations while maintaining GMP and safety standards.

You will work in a multi-temperature environment, lift 10–90 pounds, and comply with post-offer drug testing and background checks. The role requires 6+ months of warehouse experience and a high school diploma, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Able to stand, walk, lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to work scheduled times and overtime as needed.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport incoming freight to inventory in designated slots.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack to move pallets safely.
• Inspect items for damage and perform temperature checks.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate stock as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and complete paperwork at shift end.
• Work schedule: Sunday 3:30pm–end, Mon–Thu 4:30pm–end; hours vary.
