Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support our distribution operations. You will operate material handling equipment, move freight, replenish pick slots, and ensure products meet quality standards in a multi-temperature environment.

The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 90 lbs, and adherence to safety policies. Flexible schedule includes shifts from Sunday 2:30 PM onward and Monday-Thursday dayshift, with competitive pay and benefits from Day 1.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Able to work scheduled times/overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, lift 10–35 lbs and up to 60–90 lbs depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck and other material handling equipment.
• Move freight to inventory and replenish pick slots in a timely manner.
• Inspect items for damage and perform temperature/quality checks as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and comply with GMP and safety policies.
• Complete paperwork and perform other duties as assigned.
